Dashcam recs for 2017 SE Hybrid
I have a Thinkware F200 PRO Front + Rear (one of my requirements was no GPS, and this was both good and fit the bill). I also bought a high-end SD card for it. It's professionally installed and works great! I've seen no battery drain from it.

Dash Cams?
Have an older Thinkware F200 Pro that I've been pretty happy with. It's an older model, honestly if it's still in production because I bought it in late 2023. It's a little sluggish to log into to view and download videos, but has been mostly reliable in it's daily recording, rewriting of the SDcard

RedTiger F17 Elite Dashcam
Thinkware F200 pro is a great option if you want something more subtle, uses WiFi on your phone to view the cameras and download videos. I've installed them in every one of my girlfriend's vehicles, her brothers and mine, I think we are at 9 now. Not a single one has given us problems over the last

Need to understand dashcam choice.
Use a dedicated dashcam. GoPro's can be used but its just not designed for use in cars for long periods of time. Dashcams are designed for long record sessions, designed to work in extreme heat, etc. So many affordable USD $10-$50 dashcams out there that would be passable in many "proof of fault" ac

Whats your go to dash cam?
I believe my friend has a NextBase, I have a Thinkware, and I installed a Viofo on my parents car. Haven't heard of any complaints from my friend. I'm super happy with my Thinkware (F200 Pro, very minimalist).I haven't touched the Viofo since I installed it, it had some problems at first but I think

What dash cam are people using?
I went with a Thinkware F200 Pro, front and rear cam combo. It was a bundled sale on Amazon so I got it for about 50% off. Quality is good and the app is nothing special but doesn’t fail or anything. Had it for 3 years now, have had a bunch of footage off it for witnessing crashes etc and it’s alway

Dash cam
I've been very Happy with my thinkware f200 pro (2 channel), paid for itself after the first hit and run on my car. I wanted a dash cam l without a screen, and this fit the bill. Nice and slim, can't see it behind the rear view mirror.

Buying help
I like Thinkware dash cams. I personally have the F200 pro, but they don't make that one anymore. I've had no issues, it has app connectivity that will send you alerts if your car is hit while parked, (has parking surveillance mode), and the recording quality is really amazing. Here is a similar one
