Theragun Black Friday 2025 deals, does the pro justify double the price of the mini?

I have the Pro - bought it over the Mini because I much prefer the triangle grip and I wanted the heated attachment. Can’t comment on how it compares to the Prime but in comparison to Amazon/ Costco knockoffs the Pro is MUCH more powerful and massages deep into your muscles. I’ve now had my Pro for

Day before games stretches/exercises

Day of I theragun everything with an extra focus on my hammies, glutes, low back and lats, I found this was more convenient than carrying a full size foam roller. I’m also a huge fan of resistance band stretching and presses. Key stretches include squat to stand(holding toes) and pigeon stretch. The

best theragun 2026. is it still the one to beat?

u/Imerson_Minniefield Great question, and sorry to hear your massager finally gave out. For frequent recovery use in 2026, Theragun is still very much one of the benchmarks. If you’re using a device almost daily for runs, leg days, and back stiffness, the newer lineup gives you a few strong options

Theragun Black Friday 2025 deals, does the pro justify double the price of the mini?

I got a theragun prime on sale for $100, much stronger than my old massager and plenty of battery life. And I couldn't really imagine needing a stronger massager than it, can easily be painful if you press down all the way

Massagegun

I train very intensely, mainly calisthenics and powerlifting. I recently got a Theragun Prime and I’ve been using it 2–3 times a week, It definitely adds value, I feel noticeably better after each session, Is it essential? Not really. But if you can afford it, it’s a great tool to have

As a runner, which one would you recommend?

Hi I also run 6 times a week and have been using the theragun prime g5 for a few months now, I find it quite useful for my quads and glutes and the app is quite helpful on which attachment to use where, it also syncs with Garmin Connect but I don’t really find it that useful of an integration tbh.

Theragun Black Friday 2025 deals, does the pro justify double the price of the mini?

One thing often misunderstood is that Theragun is a percussive therapy device and has way more punch than regular massage guns. I have a prime plus and it works perfectly for pre and post workout recovery. I'm considering buying the vibration attachment for expanding the capability but it is quite e

Best Massage Gun Recommendations?

I was using the hypervolt 2 until it died on me all of the sudden about two weeks ago. Lots of sales on right now, after a lot of research, ended up grabbing theragun prime g6.After a few uses, I prefer theragun prime. The handle is much better, whether making it easier to reach, or multiple ways to

Plantar Fasciitis

Before my PF, I ran in vivobarefoot shoes for at the least 5yrs or so. I got PF at the end of last year. I took Jan and Feb 2025 off while stretching. It didn’t go away so I started running again, stretching and stretching with no real progress. After 6 months or so I bought the Theragun Prime and a
