What things do people use for purposes they weren't designed for, while manufacturers pretend not to know about it?

The one I’m referring to is a sports thing called the “Theragun Therabody Primethat costs like $250 and is super powerful

What's widely considered the best massage gun on the market currently?

Theragun Prime is considered the best I think. It's pricey...yeah, but it's worth it.

best theragun 2026. is it still the one to beat?

u/Imerson_Minniefield Great question, and sorry to hear your massager finally gave out. For frequent recovery use in 2026, Theragun is still very much one of the benchmarks. If you’re using a device almost daily for runs, leg days, and back stiffness, the newer lineup gives you a few strong options

Theragun Prime 6th Generation or Hyperice Hypervolt 3 Pro

I have had a theragun pro plus, prime plus, and hypervolt 3 pro. I MO pro plus is the best, but it's insanely expensive and I couldn't justify keeping it. Plus I found the red light therapy to be useless (you new that on your skin for a very long time for any effect). Also I never used the breath wo

half the beginner advice for massage guns feels useless. what actually matters?

I agree with this but I'd also say usability. For instance the Bob and Brad d6 fulfills all these categories, but compared to Theragun and Hypervolt it was so much louder so it made it hard for me to keep. That being said, I'm incredibly indecisive. I'm debating returning my hypervolt 3 pro cause I

New to Massage Guns

I tried Theragun pro plus and prime plus. I tried hypervolt 3 pro. I've also tried Bob and Brad D6. Theragun pro plus - fantastic gun but NOT worth the price. Bloated with bs features (breathwork and red light). Prime Plus - this one is better priced and a very solid gu. Stall force is lower (40 lbs

Best Massage Gun Recommendations?

I've tried theragun, hyperice, and Bob and Brad. Went on a journey recently to see what works for me. Theragun - I had the pro plus for about a month. It's very good, but I find the price isn't warranted. I never used the bio sensor or the LED therapy. I also tried the prime plus but I found the sta

Plantar Fasciitis

Before my PF, I ran in vivobarefoot shoes for at the least 5yrs or so. I got PF at the end of last year. I took Jan and Feb 2025 off while stretching. It didn’t go away so I started running again, stretching and stretching with no real progress. After 6 months or so I bought the Theragun Prime and a

The Best Massage Gun Now? Recommendation?

I've actually used all four of these (my gym buddies swap gear a lot). To be honest, you can immediately cross the Hypervolt 2 and Renpho off your list. They’re just in a weird spot right now—bulkier and louder than the Q2, but they don't have the raw power of the Theragun to justify it. Just not wo
