Bag Finder Megathread - 01 September 2025

Got the North Face Borealis a few months ago, I like the pockets and utility of it but man does it hurt the shoulders. Not sure if it was worth it but I am stuck with it now so I will keep using it

small crossbody bag that has a water bottle holder similar to the alpaka flow satchel 2L?

I have The north face borealis sling and its great. The strap is comfy and it has a lot of pockets for small items. It can also fit iPad mini. It’s 6L though, so maybe too big for you https://www.packhacker.com/travel-gear/the-north-face/borealis-sling-pack/

Personal item for a short girl?

I'm 4' 11" and I'm very loyal to my Fjallraven. It's lightweight, easy to access everything I need, and really easy to clean. I also tried out the North Face Borealis and I found it to be way too tall to the point where it was uncomfortable against my spine when I walked around with it. The only thi

Need a tech bag for both college and travel in India. student, budget is around or lesser than 5k.

I highly recommend the north face borealis backpack! It’s 28L with a very safe laptop compartment that can fit 16in laptop. The flex vent back is very comfortable. Water resistant material. I can’t express how nice this backpack is :)

TNF Borealis Classic is a waste of money

The main issue I have with the Women's Borealis is the main compartment's lack of organization, but I work around that by having all my gear stored in smaller separate zipper bags. This actually works great because I can change my load-out from day to day and also switch back and forth from my mini

Help me choose: EDC + Travel (Cabin Bag)

I have the The North Face Borealis and have tested the same backpacks in the list, either in the store or ordered online but returned them. The reason for me trying out other bags is because of a few issues that make me frustrated. The Borealis' admin panel can make it too top heavy after putting fe

Is tech pack 3 right for me?

Hey, carrying two 16-inch MacBook Pros daily is quite the load! The Aer Tech Pack 3 X-Pac is a solid bag, really well-built, but fitting both 16-inchers in the dedicated laptop sleeve might be a tight squeeze. You could probably put one in the main compartment, but it's something to consider for dai

What should Peak Design take on next?

I still feel there is a gap between your two bag lines: Everyday bags are modular, but huge and padded. ???? Outdoor bags have no structure The non-Peak bags that I own include the Patagonia Atom 8 and the North Face Borealis sling. Both these bags have 'some' compartments and structure, but are now
