You can buy Tapo rechargeable cameras for about €50. You can put an SD card in them but ideally you can buy a separate hub and install indoors with the SD card in the hub instead. Will need recharging with USB cable every 4 or 5 months only. You will need WiFi and you install the app on your phone.
