ok it seems its a low end camera, Tc40 is almost similar to C500, may be different name in different region, not sure. Tapo gives more priority to new and high range camera with software updates. i do have similar kind of 360 tapo camera but i use it for 24/7 loop recording with no detection unless

Right, that's why I don't use them. I've been using YI cams for over a decade and they have native windows app. Want to get away from them and switch to tapo/kasa to consolidate apps on the phone.
