New gaming chair is paying off
It's a small price to pay for ergonomics. Another thing to note is that the chair has a 12 year warranty and likely lasts a lot longer than that. I have a Steelcase leap v2 and I think it was worth every penny.

Best office chair under $300
tbh for lower back pain and your budget, i'd def check fb marketplace or offerup for a used herman miller aeron or steelcase leap. you can usually find them for around $200-300 and they're wayy better quality than most new chairs in that range, plus they're built to last yk. for something new, the h

Favourite thing the guys have forgotten/not done yet?
That and how parasocial people get, like how there were some big threads about Andrew and his partner that weren't needed at all. It was really weird. All that being said, they just need to send him a nicer chair like a Steelcase Leap Plus. Aerons are great but they aren't as durable as Leaps.

What improved your quality of life so much, you wish you did it sooner?
My family uses pre-owned Steelcase Leap & Amia chairs bought off Facebook Marketplace or put out to trash by local businesses (businesses throw out so much stuff for shinier new things). They've been more comfortable and held up better than whatever office chairs we had been buying from Staples or O

Looking for an ergonomic chair for my petite girlfriend
I’m also a petite woman and have a Steelcase Leap. It’s so comfortable, all day, and is still going strong 5+ years later. I opted for no arms but you can include them. They are very adjustable.

Looking for the Best Office Chair for Lower Back Pain Mainly
Does adjustable lumbar really make that big of a difference? Yes. I'd say this one is worth it, it is a major touch-point on a chair. How firm should the seat be for long term comfort? Slightly "too firm" if buying new, since it will soften over time. Just right if buying used. Are headrests worth i

What did you think was pretentious, until you tried it and realized it was worth it?
Steelcase Leap v2 I’ve owned two of these. One my ex-husband took in the divorce, which is still going strong at his house after 15 years. Managed to score mine for $25 at my local university’s surplus sale. Surplus sales from colleges or businesses is a good bet, and Craigslist might be helpful too

Where to try office chairs?
100% this! They also have a good return policy if a chair ends up not being for you. Keep in mind their stock changes often and the quality of the chairs vary greatly since they're used. I HIGHLY suggest Herman Miller Embody or Steelcase Leap V2. I've had an Embody for 5 years now. I WFH so it's use
