What did you think was pretentious, until you tried it and realized it was worth it?
I have used a Herman Miller Aeron at a previous company, it was very nice, though I never kinda "researched" it at the time. I needed a new chair for my home office a few years ago due to back pain, and realized that my desk chair at work was comfortable for my situation. Turns out it's a Steelcase

Realised how bad gaming chairs are
Based from my experience, gaming chairs are not ergonomic and bad for long hours of sitting. My wife is a Physical Therapist and she didn’t want me to buy SecretLab gaming chair because she said it was not ergonomic when she tested it but I bought it anyway because it looks cool. I used the gaming c

After 6 years I upgraded my gaming chair!
I thought the same until I started getting shoulder pains, then got a steelcase leap chair. Shoulder pain gone and will never go back to cheap office chairs.

(Offeco napriklad, odtial som kupoval ja Steelcase Leap V2, k

Steelcase Leap V2s are fantastic--they give great support and accommodate a wide range of sizes of people. Plus it is easy to find them cheap because they can easily be refurbished.

Best Chair Attributes you look for as an Editor
I was always an Aeron man, but bought a Steelcase Leap v2 on sale (like $300 off). Hated the feel, planned to return it, but needed to work through the week with it. 5 days in I noticed I was waking up with less lower back stress. Kept the chair, and my lower back has given me zero problems and I’m

Herman miller vs Steelcase?
It's hard to say just cause they're all good. It depends on your build too. It's all a matter of opinion. I've tried the Aeron and a few of the Steelcases. Aerons mesh back is probably the best in terms of pure comfort. I also like the ability to rock in an Aeron whereas the steelcase is more of a f

good chair recommendations for bar prep? pls help
I use a Steelcase Leap v2, only $200 ish if you keep an eye on Facebook Marketplace and the like. I got mine refurbished from BTOD, who also has a very informative YouTube channel about all sorts of ergonomic chairs. You might want to watch some of them to see what features would benefit you, like a

good chair recommendations for bar prep? pls help
The Steelcase Leap V2 is amazing. Got it back in January when I realized my chair was killing my neck studying. It’s expensive, but you can get it refurbished from somewhere like Crandall (they were very good in my experience) for almost half price. It’s around $650, but if you can spare it, it’s wo

How many of you use the steelcase leap? (I’m 5’7” and have some upper and lower back pain) looking at getting one that I found on sale brand new!
Out of all the top chairs, Embody, Aeron, it's the only chair that fixed my back pain. However it caused me a great deal of tailbone pain. I finally found the solution with the Lamia. Steelcase Leap V2 with an Amia cushion and now everything is great. Absolutely love the 4D armrests and the lumbar s
