Best Single-Dose Grinder Sub $500 (New or Used) [$500]
In that price range, I'd get the Shardor commercial grade at $240 (Amazon) for 64mm flat burrs or Starseeker Edge Plus for conical at $400 (AliX). You will have to purchase bellows separately for the Shardor commercial to make it a single doser. The DF64 is also a great option, of course. Starseeker

Eureka Mignon Retention
Had the Starseeker edge. Great little machine for a conical burr. I kind of love the fact that Eureka has stuck to the old design. If they stand behind it this long I’m all for it. The new grinders with screens end up being outdated in less than 5 years I like the fact they still offer a bare bones
