Grinder pairing Lelit Victoria??
I’ve used a baratza esp like you, I used a Starseeker E55 pro, and a Eureka Mignon zero. I could not tell the difference. All tastes the same to me with light, medium, and dark roasts. The only thing I can’t figure out with the Victoria is how to get really hot Espresso. It’s always just like ok hot
