If you haven’t considered the Starseeker e55 pro, I love mine. It’s less than 200 from AliExpress or a little more from Amazon and it makes incredible rich syrupy chocolatey shots

If you like the traditional chocolatey, syrupy espresso, I recommend getting a conical grinder like the Starseeker E55 Pro or SK40. The DF grinders use flat burrs

There’s a lot better options now than the Niche. Even the Starseeker E55 Pro at $279 produces fewer fines and (anecdotally) better cups than a Niche Zero. If you can wait I’d get the Timemore 078S Gen. 2 when it comes out on Kickstarter. Otherwise a DF64 v2 with your choice of burrs will do great. F
