I think the big question is "do you need all three items from this list: multi-color, large volume and engineering filaments". If so it's worth considering. I would not pay more than $300 for it. yes he paid a lot more for parts but for $500 you can get a voron clone like the Sovol SV08, that's bigger and brand new and if you want a project, convert it to mainline klipper and buy the the eddy current kit and install that. At least you have something

IMO the 2 brands are not really comparable. A brand like Sovol (with its questionable support and lots of tinkering needed sometimes) only makes sense if they offer something that the "better" brand does not. For example none of the "affordable" BL printers offer a 300x300 bed. I paid 170€ for my SV
