Man sucks you had a bad experience. Personally I love my sovols. I have two SV08, one older and one newer gen. The newer gen fixed the taco bed problem and the shroud popping off. But overall it’s a great printer for the money. Make sure you have the latest updates and profiles.

No. Sovol is not a Voron. You are probably talking about the SV08, and it's based on the Voron project, but it does not follow the same guidelines.
