Best Upgrade for Setup

The Sony has no sub-out. I would upgrade the speakers phonostage, cartridge, the amp. The 2m blue is very bright. Personally I think the Grado Gold wipes the floor with it. I started out with a Fluance RT85 great entry table. I had all these except the klipish. I started with Sony SSCS5 bookshelves.

This is my setup. How would you rate it and what would you upgrade next?
