Sony not creating an FX-3II is a big mistake. Nikons ZR will have the ZR pro version, will blow FX-30 away. LUMIX has some super video cams,then kineinfinity now, really interesting. Canon just came out with something… Sony is great, I’m a Sony shooter. Though for video maybe something else.

The price is laughable considering this is a glorified A7IV that's priced significantly more. Still no open gate, only 4K60 at S35 crop in 2025? Especially considering Lumix just dropped the S1ii e which is more comparable in price to an A7IV but gives you internal ProRes Raw, 32bit float audio, 6K

My friend is considering buying a 2nd fX3, but I wanted him to consider getting an fx30.
Because most people buy things due to marketing gimmicks and listening to YouTubers. “They are both cinema line” so they must be complimenting each other well.
