Hello ZV E10, E10 Mark II Users. If we crank up the ISO to max, can we capture a video like this? I know. Not photo using Long Exposure. But a video. Is it possible?
Since I specialize in filming in extreme lowlight nature.. (for Docu/TV etc) And since I often shoot the night sky. I can tell you that Capturing the Milky Way like that in video... that will take way more than what the E10/E10ii are capable off. Their Max ISO in video is 32.000 And even with a ligh

I actually have the opposite issue. Easy to make Canon footage look good, sony footage always looks dogshit to me. //Used to own a canon r5c and c70, now own a sony zv-e1 but i work a lot with fx6's. Also own two REDs, much prefer grading the Red cameras.

HELP - DJI RS3 mini shaky footage
I have the same gimbal but with the full frame zve1, that's how trashy sony stab is, you need to use sony catalyst browse to stabilize it, it'll come exactly the way you think, it uses the gyro data of the video I might get downvoted, but sony stab is really bad compared to lumix or other brands als

For VIDEO, how does the s1ii stack up against the newly released sony A7 V? What about the r6 mk iii or the z6 iii?
the IBIS isn't as good as lumix, huge difference apparently going by how other sony full frame cameras are. ZV e1 doesn't have any video centric features, like shutter angle...i like being able to set the shutter angle to 180 degree so if i change frame rates I don't have to worry about adjusting sh

Sony gear question
How about a used A7II so you can use the Sony full frame glass you've already got and so you can continue to invest into the same ecosystem? For static stills (Ie no autofocus) Sony hasn't really made any major updates to the A7 series' photo capabilities since the A7II, with a particular lack of an

Should I buy Full frame now and use my APS-C lenses until I can buy FF ones?
This need to be higher. A7SIII, FX3 and ZV-E1 all have the same sensor that does not do full resolution crop mode. OP will be stuck with 1080p when using APS-C lenses. Probably best case scenario is to sell all crop lenses and buckle up for a Tamron 28-75, Sigma 28-70, Sony 24-50 or a Sony 20-70. Al

Hesitating to sell FX3 and switch to ZR.
Switched from Sony Zv-e1 to Nikon ZR here. I would recommend keeping the FX3. Nikon ZR is a fabulous camera, but I feel that nikon isn't fully prepared for video-first settings yet. There were some frustrations going through the menus and not finding what I need.

what camera should i buy?
i’ve been down this road with hybrid shooting. the FX3 is incredible for cinema but photos feel like an afterthought. the ZV-E1 is video-first with a lower-res sensor. honestly the Sony A7V with 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II gives you 33MP for pro photos and the same AI autofocus as FX3. i’d grab that kit and

what camera should i buy?
i ran into this same choice last year. for cinematic video plus side pro photo, the sony fx3 is your best bet - it has the fan so no overheating on long shoots, dual card slots for paid work, and s-cinetone looks great out of camera. the zv-e1 overheats after 20-30min in 4k which is a dealbreaker fo

Sony A7C vs a6700 -- is it worth the extra money?
Wow thanks for the in depth response! Honestly the ZV-E1 looks interesting, I didn't even considered it before -- but no EVF, no mechanical shutter and the 12 MP resolution seem like deal-breakers for me. If it was primarily for video this would've been on my list but I feel it's too limited for pho
