the fx30 is the smarter pick for food work because the super35 sensor gives you more depth of field at similar apertures - easier to keep that whole pan in focus. pair it with the sony 90mm macro or the sigma 18-50 f2.8 for top-down shots. if you want extra pop in those reds and oranges, grab a tiff

No Sony camera have good stabilization. Well, maybe you could argue that the ZV-E1 got descent, but its with a VERY heavy crop.. Gotta use a gimbal if you want iPhone-smoothness..

Do you by any chance also see a change in WB? I open both clips in Sony's Catalyst Browse, you can check all the info of the recorded clip. With me like when I set manual WB for both on 2700, When go from 'Logging' tab to 'Adjust Color' tab in Catalyst Browse, i see that the recorded WB on the ZV-E1

I wouldn’t even call myself rich. Just very irresponsible with my disposable income, and that’s not a positive. That Sony on the 2nd shelf is exclusively a video-camera. It’s a ZV-E1. It technically can take photos but I would never do it on a 12MP sensor with the electronic shutter.
