I think Nikon may fall a little behind Sony and Canon AF, but from what I understand, they are well ahead of Fuji AF. Most shots are focused well, and the recent full-frame Nikons focus quite well in lower light. Nikon gives really good value, though, and I like their picture profile options a lot m

Given your use case, my first thoughts are the Sony A7iii and the A7C. You'll have a lot of E mount lenses to choose from either. (Or if you get a really good deal on the FX30, get that- it'll be perfect for you- amazing low light even though it's apsc) However since you mentioned 4k30 feeling limit
