Why are images so much clearer on my 70D compared to my A6100 when A6100 is better in every way?
To me it looks like the A6100 clearly missed focus. How did you focus these two images?

Yeah, between the fast imprecise powerzoom, heavy distortion, significant focus breathing, loud motor, and arguable range mismatch (honestly, something like a [not yet existing] 14-30 would probably be a better match, if not a prime or the 10-18mm), this seems like a not-thought-through lens choice.

I need some tips for event photography.
I used my sony a6100 with the standard kit lens of 16-50mm with variable aperture. Shutter speed around 1/125-1/200 and aperture around 4-5.6. I used the manual mode with continuous auto focus. But the auto focus was off ever so slightly, like I didn't notice it when I looking on the LCD on my camer

Invest in better dslr lenses or a cheaper full frame mirrorless and lenses?
