About Sony EI Cine
Yes it’s all just different exposure tools to allow you to expose how you’d like although it’s safe to say that the old “over expose by 1.7” rule is pretty obsolete now with the latest Sony camera sensors. That was more for the FS7/A7Sii days.

Recommend me a Hybrid Mirroless, preferably geared towards videography

What keeps you using m43? (is it for me? (my reasoning included!))
I have a few of everything apsc, full frame and the reason I bought micro four thirds (GH6) was because I used Sony A7Sii full frame which is glorious for night video but the colours are a little yuk in daylight and it’s video capability though good had been surpassed by the GH6. I love manual focus
