Bose is back in your living room, and Sonos should be worried

I have had a few bose products over the years but not the latest quiet port stuff. Previous products: Soundtouch 30 Soundock 30 Soundlink 2 (the book one) The soundtouch 30 and dock 30 (same internals just redesigned) sounded amazing with the transmission line woofer but the soundlink with tiny driv

Sonos Arc Ultra & Sonos Sub 4 - Will I regret it?

On Sonos ecosystem (2 Arcs, 3 Sub 4s, Plenty of Move2s, Fives, Arcs). Full into Ubiquiti ecosystem. Never had any issues with Sonos. Most of the horror stories you read can usually be root caused to people having shitty WiFi.

Is Tidal bad? I see so many people complaining

It’s a big stupid waste of time and energy to use the service. You don’t get high-quality audio if you do

Thoughts on the longevity of tech

The Sonos One system was supposed to die an ignoble death, but it never happened because of all the pushback

Update for Sonos coming?

Sonos One works fine, I've had constant issues with the Sonos Five and given up raising support cases. Had issues with bt router, Vodafone, Google nest pro and now unifi. Constantly disconnects when playing on Spotify. Even disconnects when wired. Tried many many things. £500 pile of shite.

Sonos/Ubiquiti Households: has disabling Sonosnet solved your issues?

I have not had any issues with SonosNet enabled with my system. Nine speakers with five of them wired. I have not disabled it. It just works for me.

Denon Home vs Sonos

My only reservation on the Denon stuff is it will be fine until they decide not to support it. Sonos has been at it for a long time and this is all they do. There's exceptions but pretty much everything they've made still works today one way or the other. Hope for the best with all the rest. The Fiv
