I don’t find the volume to be an issue. In fact I’d say the outboard speakers balance well with the soundbar. I have no idea how the software works. Im told the fronts thing is old beta code that Sonos never fielded. I know less than nothing about these things but it would make sense that, even with

Sonos One works fine, I've had constant issues with the Sonos Five and given up raising support cases. Had issues with bt router, Vodafone, Google nest pro and now unifi. Constantly disconnects when playing on Spotify. Even disconnects when wired. Tried many many things. £500 pile of shite.

Update: SONOS Arc Ultra + two Five (+the headphones) has been working really well - easy to set up (especially with ChatGPT) and awesome sound for both TV and Music (set the Fives for surround but with extreme bias towards the Fives for music)
