Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?

I got a set of Snode AD80’s and they are great. I’ve had them for like 3 years. I will say though this year I bought a barbell and 270lbs worth of weight plates for a similar price and I kinda wish I had done those 2 in the opposite order. I don’t even have a rack or squat stand so I’m still pretty

Adjustable dumbbells for garage gym

I have owned bowflex years ago, quickdraws and now Repins. The bowflex are not great. The handle sucks and the weights aren't very secute because of the plastic internals. The reviews on Nuobells often fail to mention they are fragile as well. Can't be dropped. Even the new design failed the first d

Adjustable dumbbells. An experienced users opinion.

I’ve had the Snode AD80s for about six months. The only negative thing I have to say about them is the add-on weights they come with for 5lb increments are fucking horrible. Why they didn’t do smaller plates like Microgainz instead of thick-ass pucks I don’t understand. So yeah, if they come out wit

My Snode AD80s have just arrived. The reasoning for these were a mix of durability and cost. I ultimately decided against the rep x peppins bc of cost, and bc I can’t stand caged dumbbells. I plan to purchase the M-Plate magnetic add on weights to allow for 5 lb increments. Total for the AD80s was $

Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay?

Snode AD80’s with the 2.5lb magnets. Love them. Use them everyday. 10lbs to 85lbs. Quick to change. (Some of them are ridiculously arduous) Drop tested up to 3 feet. (And no plastic internals) Form factor of 50lb hex dumbbells. (Can’t handle powerblocks and others with the weird bars)

Looking for some quick adjustable dumbbells that can go at least up to 100lbs that are close in size to normal fix dumbbells their size. Durability is important, but I've never been the type of person to drop dumbbells and I'm not about to start now. I've gathered some feedback from a few reviews, b

Which adjustable dumbbell?

Little late, but no. Garage gym reviews tested them and they break VERY easily. There is a bit of plastic on these that break easily. It is for people who are "gentle" with their dumbells. Snode ad80s are essentialy nuobells just more durable. It just sucks because snode only go to 80 with 10lb incr

Longterm Nuobells

This summer got bombarded by nuobell adds and thought it was time, went down the reviews and ended up with Snode AD80’s with 2.5lb magnets to give a 10-85lb in 5lb increments. Designed to be dropped, metal internals. Fantastic purchase.

Major fitness B52 is a really solid all in one squat rack/smith machine with a dual cable system. $1500 base price without any coupons or deals for the option without a weight stack. If you’re considering a weight stack then you can go with the “pro” version. That option is to $2500. It can get pric
