I don't do gels. I do 100g of carbs via Skratch Labs Super High-Carb Sport Drink Mix. If the run is say only under 1H30M, it will be in 2 250ml soft flasks. If it's 2 hours, it's 100g in one 250 ml. 100g is 4 scoops of the drink mix. You can make it even more concentrated and make it 200g in one 250
