New gaming pc
I used this MicroCenter bundle for the CPU, mb, and memory. This saves you more than $350, compared to buying the same parts individually online. I also used this 5070 Ti from MC, which is $20 cheaper than I’ve found from other retailers. CPU: The 7800X3D is an excellent CPU for gaming. At 1440p, it

Should I wait to upgrade my storage? I mostly game.
300 USD is expensive for a 2TB gen 4 SSD. Search for cache less SSDs, they are a bit cheaper and not needed for gaming. I see Patriot P400 Lite for 180 on Newegg. TeamGroup T-Force G50 for 205 USD at Amazon or Silicon Power UD90 also for 205 USD on the website of SP SiliconPower. They're not the fas

New PC build using ancient scraps
Here is an option for a full build. You can re-use your case if you want to save. Ssd is fine too altho its quite small in capacity. Psu i wouldnt recommend re-using. No need for wifi adapter coz the mobo already has one built in. PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 3.7 GHz

Need help with choice of upgrades for a pre-built PC
This is a horrible time to buy pc parts in general but especially ram and storage. You can thank sam altman of open ai hoarding all the ram causing a panic buying spree and now everything is stupidly expensive. That being said if you need more ram I would not jump straight to 64 gigs and get 32 gigs

Is this a good build?
It really helps to know what you are going to do with the PC? Are you using Blender, Adobe Premier or AfterEffects? If you are just gaming, which ones and at what resolution? That is actually not great for the price. Horrible price for DDR4 memory. Avoid the Kingston NV2 - they mixed and matched con

Waste?
Change the SSD, SATAIII is an old standard and you can get much faster 1TB SSDs for barely much more. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/4kpzK8/silicon-power-ud90-1-tb-m2-2280-pcie-40-x4-nvme-solid-state-drive-sp01kgbp44ud9005 Everything else is pretty much fine but you'll want to get a cooler because
