This will work, 7500f is still a very capable cpu at a very good price. Main conpromise here is smaller ssd. Not ideal by any means. This is a horrible time to buy pc parts in general but especially ram and storage. You can thank sam altman of open ai hoarding all the ram causing a panic buying spree and now everything is stupidly expensive. That being said if you need more ram I would not jump straight to 64 gigs and get 32 gigs
