I couldn't afford anything near a Herman Miller. I ended up going with a Sihoo chair. It's a cheap Chinese brand but the seat is much more comfortable than anything I have ever used and it has held up REALLY well. I'm 6'3 and quite heavy and there has been next to no wear on the mesh with heavy use

A good chair + table setup would help a lot. Get an office chair na at the minimum adjustble yung seat and armrest height, and kung may adjustble neck and lumbar supports then mas maganda. Thank you very much! I end up picking two models: the Holludle Shaper1-BK and the Sihoo M57 since they look like the best in the 200-250€ range. I think they're pretty much the same in terms of quality and materials but hearing your 1y-use experience was really helpful.

Go with the Sihoo M57. I have one bought mine from Sihoo Australia and it’s been solid for daily use. Mesh, decent support, and good enough for long hours without being too pricey.

Try the Sihoo M57. Mesh, adjustable lumbar, and not too stiff, so it’s easier on your hips and lower back. i've looked at the gamvis chairs too when i was shopping. for that price range and if ergonomics is your main goal, i'd check out the sihoo m57 or the clatina mellet. both usually hit that €400 mark and have solid lumbar support. the mesh backs make a huge difference for longer sessions compared to
