Well firstly that isn't a powerdetect UV reveal, this is a much lower end/older shark matrix 2 in 1. Shark robots, and really robot vacs in general are probably the least reliable category of vacuum/floor cleaning machine. Entirely possible there's something wrong with it. Besides that shark models

Shark Matrix plus. As I said, it's super basic, as in no vision sensor and no mopping. You may be able to find an Eufy C20 below 200$ on eBay if you don't mind refurb.
