As a Shark owner myself, I recommend returning it. I paid $350 for the vacuum-only Power Detect which is one level higher than the Matrix, And I still feel like I got ripped off. The best robots I've had so far are the Roborock Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Curvx that I use on a daily basis. Roborock is just consistently good and they are my default brand now. Also have a shark matrix. Worked fantastic when I first got it. Eventually started doing this exact thing. Just aimlessly wanders like it's drunk. If I redo the map it will actually work fine again for a while, but eventually will revert back to this behavior eventually. I don't get it.

Same with my Shark Matrix Plus, ever since the update Google Home shows the robot as "Offline" . Still works via the Shark App though. If the issue isn't resolved soon I'll throw this piece of junk away and never buy another Shark or Ninja product.

My Shark Matrix Plus robot vacuum only allows you to schedule one cleaning a day via the Shark app and doesn't have direct Home Assistant support, but it has Google Home support. So I used the Google Assistant SDK integration and send API calls to Google Home "Hey Google Start Vacuum" or "Hey Google
