Dt 770/Else or curent Logitech G pro x

DT770s are great headphones for tracking/recording because they're tight fitting, closed back, don't let sound leak into the mic, pretty comfortable and can take a lot of abuse. They're in a load of studios for this reason but they're not very accurate, flat or even good sounding because they have r

A follow up to my previous question about an offline player alternative to Spotify or other streaming

Depends a lot on your budget. As a GG stan myself, I'll recommend the ones I'm using, Sennheiser HD 650. They're not the best for bass, but they're extremely good at the midrange, particularly in the 100 to 1000 Hz range, where female vocals sit. Kpop songs are usually pretty well mixed (especially

What headphones do you trust for long sessions?

Open headphones, for sure. Either of my two massdrop phones, the 58x or 6xx (the latter are basically Sennheiser 650s). I have IEMs for use in band gigs, and closed phones (HD 280s) for use when recording, but I wouldn't want to wear either for longer sessions if I can use open phones instead.

Postrock Audiophiles, what headphones are you rocking?

Might want to consider the Massdrop Sennheiser HD6xx. Basically the HD650s rebranded. Open, and natural. Light on bass but thats kind of the downside with open backs. EQ fixes that. The only other thing I can compare it to is the ATH M50s. The 6xx is definitely more natural, where as the m50s are pu

Open back recommendations

By far one of the best open back headphones. I've got my original 1997 Sennheiser HD-600, which this listing is a derivative of (modified HD-650 to be precise). Not the easiest to drive, but well worth it. https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-sennheiser-hd6xx#signupv2

Need advice on Headphones 🎧

Sivga Luan - open back, $300ish, doesnt need an amp (otherwise you may be able to catch the Sennheiser hd 600, 650, or 6xx on sales). Crazy comfort.

Which headphone did you enjoy the most?

Focal Clear for me. Once I heard / had, I was done for home, wired open use. Done. Lots of great other headphones and clears are useless for most of my use cases...need wireless, anc, portable, gym friendly, etc But home use, wired, once I had the focal clear..I was just done looking. LCD 2 classic

Controversial... Speakers or headphones

Once I went open ear headphones I've never gone back. I've had my Sennheiser HD 6XX for 7 years now! I don't use them for racing tho, I should look into those

Momentum 4 for PC Gaming?

I use wired open backs for gaming. Mainly because my gaming sessions are long and I, personally, feel strained wearing noise cancelling, closed backs for long. I went with the cheaper HD6XXs and am happy. https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-sennheiser-hd6xx
