Chair does knocking/popping sounds after using it for 2 weeks and support says its normal?
To answer this (as a Titan Evo owner) it's a commonly reported design flaw with the recline mechanism Secretlab uses. I've had 6 replacements, and even told them that they need to change either the design or their supplier (but nothings changed for years ofc). I've had multiple gaming chairs (a coup

Razer Iskur XL RMA Nightmare, 5+ Weeks, 4 Faulty Shipments, Still No Working Chair.
Usually... there's some consumer law or other policy stating a refund should be offered in cases where multiple repair attempts have been made. I bought a secretlab titan evo and, although it's not a bad chair at all, the quality control issues... things just keep breaking on it in a span of less th

Secretlab is not for everyone
Had a secretlab titan evo and it was fine but honestly not a great chair for someone who’s at a desk a majority of the day. Just got a Herman Miller Embody Gaming chair and my back already feels the difference in flexibility and forced upright posture while still allowing me to lean back seamlessly.

Are there any ergonomic office chairs with a simple tilting mechanism instead of a synchronous one?
Didn't like the Titan Evo, so I sold it. For me it was just not comfortable, both the seat pad and the back rest are very firm. And the chair overall felt pretty cheap. Everything wobbles and creaks. I'm now using an RH Axia 2.3 and I'm not looking back :) But if you like to rock back and forth, the

It’s been 3 months. Any advice?
Get a better chair. I had my Titan Evo for years, hoping one day the foam might soften or that I could maybe tweak something just enough for it to live up to my expectation. Unfortunately that is not the case. Secretlab fan boys will be downvoting the hell out of this comment, but my advice stands a

This seems to be the most polarizing chair in existence. What gives?
I had 2 SecretLab Titan Evo chairs. One for me, one for girlfriend. She hated hers so much we gave it away. I can't sit in mine for more than 15 minutes without pain. We upgraded to Steel Case and we LOVE the new chairs. SecretLab chairs are built for aesthetic not for comfort. They're good looking

2nd time bottom side cover broke without cause
I just had the same problem...Secretlab TITAN Evo - XL chair purchased 1 year ago.I use it for an average of 3 hours per evening, with a maximum of 2 adjustments to the mechanism per evening.Last night, I reclined it, and a little later, I noticed that the cover was loose. I touched it, and it fell

Looking for an affordable chair
Just find the nicest large office chair you can get. Avoid anything marketed as a gaming chair. I use a SecretLabs Titan Evo XL, but I bought it solely for the bit. Investing that money into a good office chair would have been decidedly better spent... but I wanted it.

DO NOT BUY!!! Horrid Customer service
I think it’s probably fair at this point to say this is standard operating procedure for Secretlab. I very nearly pulled the trigger this time last year on a Titan Evo chair and Magnus desk as I work from home 99% of the time. After reading several horror stories here of failed deliveries, being sen

Herman what? #Secretlab
Don’t. I had 3 Secretlabs titan evo and was convinced they are good. And while build quality is not bad ergonomically they’re trash. In my 20s I didn’t mind but now in my 30s I noticed it. Back pain from being restricted from the chair and forcing me into a bad posture. Neck strain and headache was
