According to RTings the Samsung S90F are S95F are superior to the LG C5 and G5 respectively. Only thing about Samsungs they don’t have Dolby Vision so if you plan to use it for TV or movies on top of gaming, LG would be better. You can get HDR 1400 already in some models, even for <300 which is even better if we are strictly going by numbers. If you mean for OLED, there is the LG G5 or Samsung S90F/S95F that tick almost all the boxes except full screen there are 100 off.
