Haha it's the first gen Samsung G9 Odyssey. 5120x1440 thing is a beast. a little odd for some games, though.

This is game is made for OLED
I play on 49 inch ultrawide Samsung G9 OLED 240hz. Let me tell you, it feels amazing. If you have a good HOSAS build just makes it extra immersive. Suddenly just flying randomly slowly around is way more fun and you will do a lot.

Is my decorating level 100 yet?
I like sitting comfortably on my couch after a workday, Got an Odyssey G9 Ultrawide Monitor. Skyrim and FO4 aren't MMOs, so I don't need the extra buttons or keys. Took me a long time to figure that out though (since the OG oblivion days).

Playing on ultrawide is something else man
Some games do support it natively out of the box, and a lot of games can be patched to support it like elden ring. Got this samsung g9 oled on a black friday sale for €760-. So still pretty expensive.

What exactly am I sacreficing ? it would be exceptionally hard to get burn-ins on a VA panel, this is not OLED. For both productivity and gaming, they offer

Is 4k worth it over 2k for OLED??
I’d never go back to 2K……it’s just a blurry version of 4K….and if you go OLED. Be prepared to never go back to anything else as well. I’ve had 6-7 OLEDS by now. Only sold them to keep upgrading. Now I have two 65” LG C2 with plans to upgrade one to a G5….pc gaming and series x gaming on them is anot

Rate My First Ever Build!
This is the G9 Odyssey by Samsung. Honestly the gaming experience is insane on this thing. Battlefield 6, Forza 5 look amazing and a lot of games generally have ultra-wide support which I did not think would be a thing with this monitor. Arc Raiders also looks insane with this monitor. Obviously for

Curious about your experiences: Single Ultrawide vs. Triple Screen Setup?
I have a Odyssey G9 57, which is arguably the best single monitor solution. I chose it for aesthetics, ease of use, and because I enjoy several non-sim games, and there's no better monitor for some of those. That said, if better race craft is your goal, it's triples and it's not a debate. There's ju
