My first OLED monitor was 1440p and it was super disappointing. I got rid of it and went back to IPS and VA panels after trying it for a while. In my case it was samsung themselves who rejected the warranty, despite the subcontracted service center passed over my video evidence of it being factory flaw (monitor breaking on it self due badly designed chasis). Here all repairs are subcontracted btw, they only provide the OEM parts or refurbis
