Connect your phone to PC and remove it with some software. I removed the AppCloud from my tab A8 and Honor 400 Pro. Plenty of tutorial on how to remove the "unremovable" app from android.

I simply don't see that behaviour at all. Browsing a film library of 2000 items is instant. And that's on a Samsung Tab A8 - hardly a powerhouse model. Server is the native Qnap version...
