Recently got a 65” OLED and went for the Samsung S90D. Very happy with it myself, look into RTINGS for the most comprehensive reviews ln TVs. LG C5 looks like the better option of the two, price not considered.

Definitely OLED. 8K TV absolutely not. I can only say that I have 65" Samsung QD-OLED S90D and I'm very satisfied with the TV and it's gaming performance. I did not regret buying it and my only hope is it will serve me well in the years to come.
