Yes its unfair practices Yes you should file a complaint immediately. And yes I have had issues with being sold a faulty variant of the Samsung S90D oled tv. Definitely OLED. 8K TV absolutely not. I can only say that I have 65" Samsung QD-OLED S90D and I'm very satisfied with the TV and it's gaming performance. I did not regret buying it and my only hope is it will serve me well in the years to come.
