Romand glasting water tints have a bizarre (well, watery!) texture, but the stain is unbelievably even and they won’t leave you dry. They’re next level.

I have that and although it's a great formula on it's own, it's not like Romand's glasting water tint. I'm really after that 'light lip oil'. edit: I stand corrected! I just tried them both on my lips and they do feel very similar and Tirtir definitely has that lip oil feel.

Jumping in late but watery stains usually cling to texture. You might have better luck with gel stains like Romand Glasting Water Tint or Fenty Poutsicle. They sit more evenly on the lips. Also try applying a tiny bit of balm before the stain. I once saw cosmetic chemists discussing this exact issue
