k-beauty lip swatches — hince, peripera, etude, laka

For me it's the best one along with peripera water tint, and I'm very picky. It's lightweight, non-sticky, it gets shinier after a few minutes and it's very sheer and buildable. Smells like a fruity gummy but it doesn't bother me. The longer you leave it, the more it stains. For reference I hate rom

Indian brands and cheap quality :(

I think all brands target a certain section of the economic class. Mars swiss has done great because there was indeed a gap of entry level beauty products. And they utilized the gap. If a person is at a stage of life where expensive makeup is not their priority ,ig they can well use these brands. No

All lip stains suck in some way - change my mind

Romand glasting water tints have a bizarre (well, watery!) texture, but the stain is unbelievably even and they won’t leave you dry. They’re next level.

Formulas similar to Romand’s Glasting Water Tint?

I have that and although it's a great formula on it's own, it's not like Romand's glasting water tint. I'm really after that 'light lip oil'. edit: I stand corrected! I just tried them both on my lips and they do feel very similar and Tirtir definitely has that lip oil feel.

Review of TirTir waterism glow tint, very moisturising!

Hi I used to have the Romand juicy tints and the glasting water tints (Although the original formula, don't know how different the new version is). The TIRTIR tint is much more better in my experience. Much more moisturising, and it doesn't cling to spots on my lips where the tint will have very pig

Sad pale cool toned skin lady needs lipstick help me :(

Oh, I absolutely needed to google it to even remember which of the grapes was the “good” one …which isn’t a knock on bare grape, which was a staple for years, but is just so much more pigmented on me than it appears in every swatch I’ve ever seen. Would say the lilybyred is almost like a cross betwe

Please help me find my everyday lip/stick/gloss/stain!!!

Dry lip gang rise up!! Try mixing pigmented lipstick with your favourite lip balm :) I put on carmex, tap a mac lipstick across my lips, then blend by rubbing my lips together. It creates a more diluted colour with lipbalm texture For colour, you'll want a cool-tone pink or cool-tone red with brown

Lip stains that won't cling to dry patches

Jumping in late but watery stains usually cling to texture. You might have better luck with gel stains like Romand Glasting Water Tint or Fenty Poutsicle. They sit more evenly on the lips. Also try applying a tiny bit of balm before the stain. I once saw cosmetic chemists discussing this exact issue
