Which bundle for 2026? Rokid AR Lite Set vs. XREAL One S + Beam Pro

Haven't tried the Xreals, but DO own the rokid gen1 and max 2 bundles with the original station and the Spatial station as well...I also have the viture one xr and neck band. My short answer ...the rokid are better, either version. Beautiful picture, and they just work. I'm not a fan of the station

Anyone using display glasses with a SteamDeck on flights or while traveling?

I use Rokid Max glasses, both while traveling and sometimes on the couch at home. They work rather well, and although I do turn the brightness down to the minimum every time, they're great. Do exactly what I want them to. I've used them extensively with both Steam Deck and a Lenovo Legion Go with Ba

Looking for high refresh 20" or smaller screen

A bunch of older gen AR glasses are under $300 RN due to new models being released. I traveled with a 1st gen Rokid Max (1200P or 1080P@120hz microOLED on your face with 50 degree FOV) and this was my daily carry to output from my gaming handheld (Ayaneo Flip KB or GPD Win Mini) or my Samsung flagsh

Galaxy XR owners: How is the virtual keyboard experience? Can you use glide/swipe typing?

Oh I was one of the unlucky few who crowdfunded Visor so I know large FOV is possible in glasses - they just never delivered. And I've had 50 degree in the 1st gen Rokid Max for years and Xreal and the rest -finally- getting there lol. Like I said, ive not used my Xreals since getting the GXR and I

How’s the immersiveness & display going quality of the XReal compared to AVP ?

The AVP has roughly 100 degrees FOV & a resolution of 3660 x 3142 per eye, compared to 57 FOV & 1920x1080 (xreal one pro) or 52 FOV & 1920x1200 (xreal 1S). Obviously not all that FOV & pixels are dedicated to the movie you’re watching, but still - the AVP has the pixel density edge and is clearer. H

Anyone here upgrade from Rokid Max?

Same story. Paid 200€ for the rokid max in 2024 and they have been my primary, daily screen for gaming and movies ever since. Also looking for an upgrade Right now you kinda have to decide between these options: - Xreal One Pro has a solid user experience, big FOV, 3 DOF but is not much brighter as

Did I buy useless glasses

Rokid Max glasses just require a phone that supports USB-C DP alt mode, that is, transmission of DisplayPort video signal over USB-C cable. It is no different if you have bought external USB-C screen, which would have had exactly the same requirement. It is the phone after all that is supposed to pr

[Review/Impression] Xreal One Pro vs Rokid Max 2 – My Experience

I don't believe there are any glasses that can be compared with the xreal one pro because of the fantastic lenses coupled with the chip. I had the original rokid max and loved them. The rokid max 2 is not much of an upgrade. When I got the pros I was blown away. I do think if you wear glasses the ex

Rokid Max 2 no 120hz support?

There is no problem with the Rokid glasses. Both Rokid Max 1 and 2 support 120 Hz, and Max 2 supports 120 Hz at full color range, and work with any OS as long as the hardware itself is capable of it. Like I explained, the reviewer likely forget to press Volume Up button for few seconds to enable 120

I'm building AR glasses. Investors said no. So I'm starting smaller, and I need your help.

I am using Rokid Max glasses, I made a review and description for all the things I had to improve to make them comfortable to wear daily: https://www.reddit.com/r/rokid_official/comments/1bvkehb/my_summary_of_mods_and_tweaks_to_enhance_rokid/ . I also have Rokid Max 2 glasses, which have better nose piece a
