Anyone else enjoy watching movies on your headset?

If I had an AVP - because that's the only high res OLED panel w HDR/Dolby Vision support. I have giant OLED and projector screen in my house otherwise. If I traveled more, I'd probably get an AVP, but for now my Rokid Max glasses have microOLEDs (no HDR though). I'm not viewing movies on non-OLED di

XR Glasses

I have the Rokid Max glasses and couldn't be happier with them. 1200p 120Hz OLED portable wearable monitor. I got them from a secondhand store for £150 absolutely amazing.

What come next?

I'm already using it how I intended for my purchase- laptop on my face for entertainment and productivity. I've resigned to carrying it in the most compact case I found in order to get online and do work with multiple giant screens wherever I am. Yes, I'm now that weirdo in the coffee shop with this

Anyone here upgrade from Rokid Max?

From Rokid Max, I think you’ll be very happy with the beast. Honestly, XR glasses are very personal, I can’t really see some of the issues others reported. With 3DoF, edge blur doesn’t matter that much, and for me, the screen feels so sharp, I barely notice any blur, I do tend to move the screen clo

Which bundle for 2026? Rokid AR Lite Set vs. XREAL One S + Beam Pro

Haven't tried the Xreals, but DO own the rokid gen1 and max 2 bundles with the original station and the Spatial station as well...I also have the viture one xr and neck band. My short answer ...the rokid are better, either version. Beautiful picture, and they just work. I'm not a fan of the station

Rokid Max AR Glasses – Teardown and Optical Analysis

Reliability: Glad you haven't had any display issues after that type of heavy use (at least relative to most people using display glasses today). When you're ready to upgrade to the next glasses, let me know - I'd love to get this pair and measure the OLED spectra and max luminance at max brightness

Rokid Max2 Durability

Very durable based on my experience. I am using Rokid Max 2 and Station 2 for about a year, no issues. I mostly use them when not at my PC. At my PC, I am still using Rokid Max for over 2.5 years, 10-12 hours daily, mostly for productivity tasks (web browsing, reading, programming, 3D modeling, watc

Looking for high refresh 20" or smaller screen

A bunch of older gen AR glasses are under $300 RN due to new models being released. I traveled with a 1st gen Rokid Max (1200P or 1080P@120hz microOLED on your face with 50 degree FOV) and this was my daily carry to output from my gaming handheld (Ayaneo Flip KB or GPD Win Mini) or my Samsung flagsh

Blurry Text.

On the first video it seems you are using Rokid Station 2. It may use tilt based on accelerations measurements from sensors. If you quickly turn around to a different direction, it may correct the tilt. It is just how it works. The second video seems to show a motorcycle handle, I could not understa

How’s the immersiveness & display going quality of the XReal compared to AVP ?

The AVP has roughly 100 degrees FOV & a resolution of 3660 x 3142 per eye, compared to 57 FOV & 1920x1080 (xreal one pro) or 52 FOV & 1920x1200 (xreal 1S). Obviously not all that FOV & pixels are dedicated to the movie you’re watching, but still - the AVP has the pixel density edge and is clearer. H
