OWL G3006 a good choice?
I've had one since they were originally dropped, hasnt given me a single issue and has proven to be more reliable than my Rocket Appartamento.

Super-Manual recommendations [$500 - $1000]
One of the La Spaziale machines (also sold in the US as Lucca A53) would be a great machine for your truck. If you are lucky and can find one used, it would cost about the same as an Appartamento and could then be used in your truck. Don't get hung up on Rocket. There are lots of great used machines

[Help] Rocket Appartamento Nera Overheating (1.75 Bar) – Safety Switch Tripped Twice
Hello, So, theres is a forum in home-barista addressing this particular issue with a ton of recommendations. However this part is a consumable part and very documented to fail. I do not recommend cleaning it since is already failing and is a safety-regulating part why put in risk your safety? How di

Buying a New Machine [$2,000]
Out of that list I'd go with the Profitec and would also look at the the ECM Classika or Mechanika. Have had both in various offices and they're fantastic, super reliable machines. As far as I know ECM and Profitec use the same or very similar components, but ECMs are slightly better built/have nice

Has anyone figured out why the Bambino pulls the first shot slower?
So must be Lelit Bianca, Profitec Pro 500, Rancilio Silvia Pro X, Rocket Appartamento and all the other machines people have the same issue with in this thread alone.

Serious question: For the home barista, what are the real benefits for choosing a dual boiler over a PID heat exchange machine?
In the case of my rocket appartamento, I can only make two 12oz lattes back to back. by the time I make the third one, steam power dramatically reduces to the point where the boiler starts refilling water (in which case pressure drops to less than 1 bar). What could be the reason? The build quality

ISO Espresso machine suggestion
We had a Jura for about 8 years and then it died. We then got a Rocket Appartamento and after 5 years and numerous times in the shop I sold it. I went with a Flair 58. It's a fully manual espresso maker. I couldn't be happier. It makes great espresso and there really is nothing to break. It's not fo

Inconsistent pressure/heat [Rocket Appartamento]
I sold my Rocket Appartamento because I got tired of paying to fix it. Eventually I called Chris' coffee and they told me what parts to buy and how to repair it. I did that, tested it for a couple of weeks and sold it. Bought a Flair 58. Simple and nothing to break.
