I bought the S8 pro ultra last year for 1000 bucks on a prime day sale. 15 months later and one of the wheels broke. Their support is shit. They wanted to charge me 140 bucks to replace a 15 dollar part which for the price I paid should have been covered under a warranty. I ended up doing the repair

Anyone else think $1,599.00 for the S8 Pro Ultra is just ridiculous?
i looked at the s8 pro ultra too but couldn’t justify it. ended up going with a mova instead and it does like 80-90% of what the big names do for way less. roborock/dreame are solid, but once you go top tier the price jump feels more “flex” than function.

How long did your vac last?
S8 pro ultra purchased for $1500 stopped working after 23 months. Sent it to Roborock for repair they made me pay and when they sent it back I got new errors. Contacted them and they won’t help. Their customer service is useless. They take a long time to respond/act and they make you pay for everyth
