I will 100% switch to Roborock. I have their S8 Pro Ultra and it is, hands down, worth every penny. Honestly, I’m tired of having to rescue my Luba 2 from the front yard when it randomly shuts down or decides to stop charging when it gets back to the station.

Is it because you had something break on you out of warranty? Was it struck by a tennis ball? My S8 Pro Ultra is still going strong. I've never had to deal with Roborock support in any way. Perhaps I'm just lucky. Best of luck with your future robot purchases.

Best robot you can buy is Roborock. Unfortunately, no reseller in mauritius. You'll have to import by yourself through Shop & Ship. Totally worth the effort. I've two roborocks at home, s6 and s8 pro ultra. They are a huge life and time saver. Chugging along since 3 years now, zero issues.

I had an S8 pro ultra, the wheels would spin fine manually and work sometimes, but the wheels internal error kept coming more and more until it couldn’t even make it up the dock. Definitely - the X40 is a superb machine (when it's working properly). I was lucky to get a good working device, other peoples X40's break apart after only a few weeks. Compared to Roborock S8 Pro Ultra and QRevo Master, X40 is definitely a win.
