Saros 10 damaged itself after 10 days…
My S8 Pro Ultra did exactly the same. Had a metal wine rack with "wavy" metal shelves. It managed to get underneath the lowest shelf following a lucky path but got stuck getting out, multiple attempts scratched the top of the Roborock quite a bit.

Saros 10 - severe scratches on top surface
