What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by?

Valetudo has been a great solution for me. What I did was found their list of supported robots and researched from there. I found a roborock q7 max+ (or something like that), installled valetudo, and connected to HASS. It has its own Web UI, but works with HASS through MQTT

How to cut down on litter tracking

I have a Roborock Q7 Max+ (I think?) and love it! It maps out the house and I schedule it to run the whole house once a day and it hits the litter box area 2 times a day!

How does one decide which Roborock to get

Roborock has upgrade version of Q5 max+, so if you don't have any extra needs, you can go pick between Q7 and Q10. Q10 S5+ is a nice one, greater suction power and not over-priced as well.

What do you guys think? My budget is $150, and I need something for mopping and cleaning.

I'd spend $50 bucks more for a roborock Q7 Max. roborock has a great app,and will be around for a long time. Tikom? never heard of them

Modded a Roborock Z70 cutting brush to fit my S7

Roborock hates this trick. But honestly, I am wondering if the hair clipper would actually work in a model not being designed for it? As far as I understood, the clipper slider is actuated by reversing motor direction. Does it need to be driven from both roller ends in the Z70? But if it works relia

Q10 S5 vs Q8 for mainly carpet?

Absolutely Q8 Max. The new Roborock entry-level lineup (Q7 M5, Q7 L5 and Q10 S5, Q10 X5) is abysmal on carpet.

What's the best recommended Robot Vacuum on the market that you really swear by?

The Q7 Max is a completely different robot, just like the "L40 Ultra AE" is different from the "L40s Pro Ultra" and the "L40 Ultra". The newer ones are called the "Q7B", "Q7T+", and a couple of other names. Roborock's product line is just crazy. But basically if it was released in 2025 and starts wi

Best vacuum for tiles and rugs with object avoidance

Get the Roborock QR 798 or Q10 PF/VF or its + variant if you want an automatic empty station included. I'm in Southeast Asia, too! I have had a Q7 TF (similar to Q10 without a vibrating mop and obstacle avoidance) for three weeks, and I love it. I mainly use it to clean hard floors and low-pile rugs

Is there a fast one?

If your dog hates a vacuum that's operated by a person, I would imagine the dog will hate the robot as much or even more. How would you manage the dog in that case? As for recommendations: you want a robot that has LIDAR, so it knows the shape of your space and can plan a route to cover it all as ef
