Could someone explain Roborock models? The names are confusing.

I can give you a basic rundown, here's a rant I posted only this morning https://www.reddit.com/r/RobotVacuums/comments/1qzl563/comment/o4d12j9/?context=3 The S series are the best bots. The true flagships but they don't muck around with new tech like rollers yet, for a good reason, they are basical

IsItBullshit: are robot vacuums actually good and worth the money?

I've been using a robot vacuum for about 7 years now. I only vacuum once every 3 or 4 months in spots the vacuum can't reach, which is only a handful of very small spots. Doesn't take me more than 5 minutes total (~1000sq ft home). Overall, I HIGHLY recommend it. Most modern ones can vacuum hard flo

Robot vacuum VS dog hair… battle to the death 💀

I absolutely love my Roborock Q5 (~4-5 years old now) and it has been a champ to keep up with two kitties and the insane amount of litter that gets tracked through our apartment. I think I paid around $300 or so originally. Ours just has a vacuum function, but quite a few other models also can mop w

What are the best things you’ve bought that help with your ADHD that you never hear anyone talk about?

A few of my favorite ADHD hacks/systems/aids are: A bottle/can pusher rack for my refrigerator. I’m tall and I rent so my refrigerator is an old top freezer/bottom fridge and I have to literally bend in half to see the back of my fridge. The can dispenser/pusher thing keeps drinks at the front and e

Is there any progress made?

I have several Roborocks, The S8 Max V Ultra, a few S7 Max V Ultras, and a Q5+. I see occasional updates to the app, and the occasional firmware update, but I can't recall a single update that really changed or improved things over the last couple of years. I was expecting that a lot of the mapping,

Robot Vacuum recs

We have the Roborock Q5 Max+ Robot Vacuum with Self-Empty Dock. Two of them—one for each floor. They run each day at 10am and you’d never know we had a dog in the house. Before this, it was endless little mountains of black fur. I like it better than the old-school Roomba and even better than the Wy

Roborock or Dreame?

We are very happy with our Roborock Q5 Pro. App is also easy to use and once you have set up the map of your home, its just a click or 2 to get cleaning. Only issue was the water outlets for the mop getting blocked, but the tap water here is very hard, lots of calc, so its to be expected and we will

Video proof of the X50 Ultra edge cleaning issues (10+ runs later)

I'm also from Croatia and also have an IKEA kitchen, but I'm having the complete opposite problem from you :D My kitchen is shaped quite differently from yours; on its edges, there are gaps which are lower than Dreame height (I guess around 7cm). And it's white and non-reflective. And what does Drea

Q7 M5+ won't complete mopping cycle

Per this post (https://www.reddit.com/r/Roborock/comments/1o6o9e6/q5_l7_premature_cleaning_complete_on_mop/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) with similar issue, it seems a full reset will fix the issue.

Best robot vacuum?

I LOVE my Roborock Q5 Pro+. It is fantastic at mapping, great suction, and auto-empties. I have two large dogs and it handles their fur wonderfully. Additionally, you can customize quite a bit about routing/suction, as well as schedules. It can even handle multiple maps if you have stairs.
