Are robot vacuums really worth it? Has anyone had one over a year or so and still love it?
I love mine. More than I love my children. Roborock q10 s5+. It's saved me loads of time and bother carting Henry about. I have a hairy dog and the vac sometimes gets a bit blocked up, so it's not bullet proof. But still, I love it.

Roborock returned my S8 Max Ultra from warranty repair wet, dirty, and damaged
Roborock subcontracts out repairs, the shop you get likely depends on your location. Just received my Q10 S5+ back as it had started having issues when mopping. They fixed the issue by replacing some parts and it works perfectly now, no issues or damage, and I confirmed it's the same serial number.

It seems every robot vacuum model for every brand has quality control issues. As someone who reviewed a ton of robot vacuums before settling on a Roborock, every single one had some 1 star reviews.
