I love mine. More than I love my children. Roborock q10 s5+. It's saved me loads of time and bother carting Henry about. I have a hairy dog and the vac sometimes gets a bit blocked up, so it's not bullet proof. But still, I love it.

They fixed the issue by replacing some parts and it works perfectly now, no issues or damage, and I confirmed it's the same serial number.
