Not sure if you’re open to more “normal” keyboards but the RK ROYAL KLUDGE RKS70 can be had on Amazon for ~$100 depending on color/switch type. The linear variant is low force actuation but the switches are also hot swappable so that is another option. Meets all your other options except low profile
