Sleep Stats: Which one to believe
Honestly, there’s one thing which I found out myself. As soon as you have multiple devices to check your sleep, it will give you anxiety. There was some YouTube tests and everyone had some different results. I heard it’s more accurate for the rings, but I don’t know if it’s true. I had pretty good r

My matte black Gen 3 after 3 weeks of gentle wearing.
I owe an apology to RingConn. I posted about this ring after a week of ownership and had some really unusual scratches that appeared to be down to the metal. I tried cleaning them and nothing made them go away. I had reached out to RingConn and they offered to exchange the ring for one in a differen

Bought a ring Conn and the started seeing all these bad things :(
I have had my RingConn gen 2 for 11 months and have had no issues with it. I am probably going to upgrade to the gen 3 whenever it releases as well. My battery still holds for a good 10 days and the mobile charger seems like it’s magical because I’ve probably charged it twice total, maybe 3 times bu

Unpopular opinion, if you care about Ringconn as a company and believe the vision, purchase Ringconn Care+
$30/yr isn’t too steep for coverage but I opted out because they seem pretty honorable about replacing faulty rings. IMO if you’re buying a $200+ smart ring and it doesn’t last a year they should replace it. I know better than most that LiPo batteries are low quality and don’t last long, that’s a co

What are the actual top-rated smart rings for health tracking? I keep seeing mixed reviews
This was revised just before the RingConn Gen 3 and Oura Gen 5 were released: Read “Top Smart Rings of 2025: Comparison“ by SmartRings-GoMo on Medium: https://medium.com/r-smartrings/top-smart-rings-of-2025-comparison-6f1f9f9021f9 Pair with this brief summary as I have not completed a full analysis

Best smartring for sleep tracking in 2026?
Suggest reading this. For now, pair with this brief summary as I have not completed a full analysis yet. RingConn Gen 3 - Solid progression from Gen 2 (after about 5 weeks wear). Oura Gen 5 - Thinner and lighter than Gen 4, but otherwise, nothing new (after 1.5 weeks wear). Ultrahuman Pro - Complete

Gen3 worth it?
If it were in the UK I’d be all over it with the small but important updates. As of now the Gen 2 works perfectly and does what I need it to do. It’s a shame RingConn don’t have a UK representative to sell their products. Coming from a background in UK and European sales if they were looking for a U

Oura vs Ultrahuman vs RingConn - would love real user opinions before I buy
I have been using my RingConn for about 3 months and am completely happy, particularly that I don’t pay monthly fees to use the app, and I am not sharing my private health data with the company. Those issues are the primary reason I chose RingConn over Oura.

Ringconn, Oura? Stuck on choosing which is best for me.
My vote as a Gen 3 Heritage to Gen 4 (And RingConn Gen 1 to Gen 2) wearer, Oura Gen 4 is not an evolutionary change. With Oura, worn side by side, there was no measurable difference in data gathered or battery life between Gen 3 and Gen 4. Their change was almost exclusively design and aesthetic. Wi

Oura vs Ringconn: (Apparently) Common Question
So far, I have had an Oura Gen 3, UH Air, and RingConn Gen 2. UH is crap…too many issues. Battery life sucks. Extraneous, ancillary data that is meaningless. I loved the Vit D UV and Caffeine window though! Oura Gen 3 and RingConn HRV, O2 and pulse rate data is pretty close but Oura underestimates s
