Bought a ring Conn and the started seeing all these bad things :(
I have had my RingConn gen 2 for 11 months and have had no issues with it. I am probably going to upgrade to the gen 3 whenever it releases as well. I worked with support and they had me reset the ring, then charge it to 100% and leave it on the charger at least another 30-60 minutes. After doing that, my ring was back from 5 days per charge to 9 days 11 h
